This is how we organised the prize draw.

• We downloaded the list of all current subscribers to our Writing4SuccessClub Early Notification List and News, in a CSV (spreadsheet) format.

• We assigned a number to everyone on the list.

• We entered those numbers (at the end of week 1, there were 76 people on the list)into a computer program called RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR PRO. This program allows us to enter a range of numbers and then, at the click of a button, picks one or more numbers at random.

  This week, the lucky number was 42 - which happened to be Susan's!
